The human resource is of the utmost importance, especially for a hotel, since the service is the fundamental part. The Department of Human Resources is one of the most important for the establishment, because this has the function to select the staff that you will find when working within, in addition is responsible for resolving problems of staff and thus have a good working environment.

In the present project aims to get people to know in detail the Human Resources Department within a 4-star hotel, the areas that comprise this department, the functions in general and by area, well same integrates a manual of good practices in laying down conclusions and suggestions based on the investigation.
